  3. Du wirst süchtig und gerätst in eine Art Abhängigkeit. Da hilft auch Willensstärke nicht. Es braucht ein komplettes Entwöhnungsprogramm um wieder zu normalem Essverhalten zu finden.
  4. Du nimmst zu – langsam und stetig wächst der Rettungsring und du wirst ihn einfach nicht mehr los. Durch unkontrolliertes, fremd gesteuertes Essen kannst du nicht abnehmen.
  5. Du wirst krank – es gibt leider noch keine ausreichenden Belege, wie schädlich Zusatzstoffe für unseren Körper sind. Viele stehen aber in der Diskussion. Fakt ist auf jeden Fall, dass Diabetes, Bluthochdruck, Herzkreislauferkrankungen, und viele weitere Krankheiten immer häufiger werden. Und unsere Nahrung gleichzeitig immer unnatürlicher. Auch Alzheimer und ADHS sind vermutlich auf verschiedene Zusatzstoffe zurückzuführen, Krebserkrankungen sind nicht auszuschließen.

Und genau dagegen kannst du etwas tun. Indem du verarbeitete Produkte aus deinem Speiseplan streichst. Entscheide selbst, was dir gut tut und lasse nicht die anderen entscheiden.
